Deo Tibba Circle trek is amusing trek that takes you to the most scenic place in the Manali region which offers sceneries ranging from alpine forests, meadows (locally known as “Thatch”), waterfalls, moraines & high altitude lake with blue water known as mini-Chandratal (4480m), with splendid views of Deo Tibba peak
(6,001 m) and its huge hanging glaciers. This is an enormous view that haunts every trekker giving an exclusive experience.

Deo Tibba Circle Trek

02nd May to 10th May – 2017
Day 1: -Depart for New Delhi from Mumbai.
Day 2: - Arrive Delhi – Move towards Manali.
Day 3: - Arrive Manali – Drive to Jagtsukh – Boghi Thach Manali to Boghi Thach: (2400 Mtr.) Trek starts to Boghi Thach. Arrive at Boghi Thach Camp. Settle In. Rest of the day is spent in exploring surrounding. This camping is in forest and surrounded with big trees and offers great views of big snow-capped mountains around. .
Day 4: - Bogi thach to Lama dug (3000 Mtr.) Day starts with breakfast. Most of the day it is up hill walk and passes through few summer settlements of Gujars (Nomads). We pass Jumari Thach and from here we climb few more hundred meters up and then cross the river. Climb is also steep though short after the river crossing but soon we start descending down to our camp at Lama dug. Lama dug is a small camping place in the woods .
Day 5: - Lama dug to Rouli Khouli (3900 Mtr.) We start our day with an uphill and leave the tree line below. We try to get to the top of the ridge as much as possible as it gives us great views of this area. We can see Bara bangal range and Manali town from our trail. From here we start heading down to the river and it is pretty steep downhill at many places. We reach the river where we cross it over a rock bridge (naturally rocks have piled on the river and has built a bridge) After crossing the bridge we walk downstream few hundred meter and reach our beautiful camping place by the small fresh water stream. It is a beautiful camping surrounded with many colorful flowers and when you look upstream, you can see Deo Tibba(6100m) Mountain and Indrasan peak (6220m).
Day 6: - Rouli khouli- to Jobri Nallah: Day starts with gradual up hill. Uphill walk brings us up high on the ridge, which gives us opportunity to enjoy the great views of Himalaya. We can see Hanuman Tibba & Deo Tibba Peak. We reach a point after 45-60 minute walks where there are some beautiful rocks to climb. After spending some time here, we ahead further down to Jobri Nallah. There is small local bridge to cross over there our trek will be finished and same day drive by jeep to Manali.
Day 7: - Catch bus in the evening from Manali to Delhi.
Day 8: - Arrive Delhi. Catch Train towards Mumbai.
Day 9: - Arrive Mumbai with Sweet Memories.
Mumbai to Mumbai: - Rs. 16800/- Per Participant.

Delhi to Delhi: - Rs. 14900/- Per Participant.

Manali to Manali: - Rs.11300/- Per Participant.

Necessary Requirements: -

Good quality Ruck sack, Good quality sports shoes, Floaters/Sleepers, Socks, Water bottle – Min. 2 Ltr., Torch with extra Cells, wind Cheater / Poncho, Original Id Proof, Personal Medicines.

Things you may need in the morning: -Hair Oil, Skin Cream, Lip guard, Comb, Sun cream Lotion, Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, Tissue paper, Paper Soap, Towel, Napkin.

Clothing: -Comfortable Clothing while walking – 4 Sets & Extra clothes for journey Shawl.

Optional Carries: - Extra Carry bags, Camera with Batteries, Mobile & Mobile Charger, Tiffin box for train journey, Knee-Cap, Sufficient Money, if any.

This is just a reminder list of what to Bring. You can bring other things as per your Requirements.
During the camps or treks, the participants shall abide by the instructions and decisions of the Camp Director or authorized representative of Mountain Hikers.

In the event that the participant(s) disobey the directions / instructions of the Camp Director or authorized representative of Mountain Hikers, the participant/s shall be solely liable for the risks, responsibilities and consequence.

In case of any medical problems, ailments, disorders etc. or symptoms of the same, arising during the camp or trek, the participant(s) shall inform the organizers about the same, at the earliest.
In case of any medical ailments, disorders etc. which the participants are suffering or have suffered from, it is his/her responsibility to inform the organizers in advance, before commencement of the camp or trek.

If required, the participant/s will have to take medical treatment from the doctor/attendant available on the campsite or from the nearest available medical Centre or hospital. The expenses for all medical treatment and arrangements for the same will be solely bear by the participant.

The Camp Director or the authorized representative of Mountain Hikers shall have complete discretion to continue the camp without the participant/s suffering from medical problem.

Consumption of liquor, cigarette, tobacco products, etc. is strictly prohibited during the camp or trek. The trek will be considered over only when we are back to home town.

Each participant shall protect the flora and fauna of the place being visited and not throw plastic, wrappers etc. on the trek.

In case of any injury, sickness, accident, legal heirs or successors, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; Mountain Hikers, its instructors, organizers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.

If the participants have enrolled for the activities like wildlife camping, river rafting, rappelling, rock climbing, valley crossing, river crossing or any other adventure sports/activity, then all the risks and responsibilities related to and arising from such activities shall be solely upon such participants and Mountain Hikers shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.

Participant will submit a physical fitness certificate from MBBS doctor before proceeding for the trek

Mountain Hikers Reserves all rights of admission for any programmes announced.

Booking for all events will be done on first come first served basis.

If issued equipments Damages/misplace/if any, by participants, the concern participant /person/s, Organization/Institute/Company/ any other will responsible to pay the equipment cost to Mountain Hikers.

Cancellation Policy

The participant will have to pay prescribed booking/ advance amount along with the registration form. If the balance payment is not made within 45 days before date of event, the registration will get cancelled & Mountain Hikers will not be responsible to refund the amount.

50% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days and less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the event.

25% refund if cancellation is made more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior to the departure date of the event.

NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to the departure date of the event.

Cancellation charges are calculated of the Total Amount payable and not of advance amount.

Any cancellation request by participant/s should be made in proper format at Mountain Hikers office. The refund (if any) will be given within 15 days after the event is over, irrespective of cancellation date on the cancellation request form.

In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.) of Mountain Hikers, no refund shall be payable.

It is assumed that you have accepted & agreed all the terms and conditions and undertakings, when you enroll for an event.
