Day 01: Home – Indore (By Train / By Flight)
Famous for Monuments, Forts and Palaces. Transfer to Hotel. Visit Lal Bagh Palace, one of the royal palaces of the Holkar dynasty, Annapurna Temple dedicated to the Goddess Annapurna, Kanch Mandir literally Temple of Glass, a famous Jain temple in Indore & Rajwada Palace. Overnight at Indore. Dinner in the hotel. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Bhopal. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 02: Indore - Mandu – Indore (By Road) Duration 02 hrs. approx.
After breakfast same day visit Omkareshwar, one of the Jyotirlinga. After lunch proceed to Maheshwar. Maheshwar is a small town situated on the banks of river Narmada & best known for the Maheshwar Saris. Visit Holkar Fort, Ahilya Devi Temple, Ghat. Overnight at Indore. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 03: Indore - Maheshwar – Omkareshwar – Indore (By Road) Duration 02 hrs. approx.
After breakfast same day visit Mandu. Visit Mandu Fort - Jahaz Mahal, Rani Rupmati Pavilion. After sightseeing come back to Indore. Evening free to roam around. Overnight at Indore. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 04: Indore - Bhopal (By Road) Duration 04 hrs. approx.
After breakfast transfer to Bhopal. En-route visit Mahakaleshwar Temple – one of the Jyotirlinga and Kal Bhairav Temple at Ujjain. Arrive at Bhopal in the evening. Evening for leisure. Overnight at Bhopal. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 05: Bhopal - Pachmarhi (By Road) Duration 05 hrs. approx.
After breakfast transfer to Pachmarhi, enroute visit Sanchi Stupa. Proceed to Pachmarhi, a very famous Hill station, also known as a Queen of Satpura. Overnight at Pachmarhi. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 06: In Pachmarhi
In Pachmarhi enjoy visit to beautiful Pandav Caves, Handi Khoh, Priyadarshani Valley, Gupta Mahadev, Bada Mahadev, Jatashankar. Evening for leisure. Overnight at Pachmarhi. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 07: Pachmarhi – Kanha (By Road) Duration 04 hrs. approx.
After breakfast transfer to Kanha. Arrive Kanha and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Kanha. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 08: In Kanha
Morning and Afternoon Jeep Safari with Jungle Naturalist. Overnight in Kanha. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 09: Kanha – Jabalpur (By Road) Duration 04 hrs. approx.
Early morning proceeds to Bhedaghat. On arrival Visit Dhuandhar Water Fall & enjoy Marble Rocks (by boat/ropeway). Proceed to Jabalpur. Overnight Jabalpur. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 10: Jabalpur – Khajuraho (By Road) Duration 05 hrs. approx.
After breakfast transfer to Khajuraho. Arrive Khajuraho and transfer to hotel. Overnight in the hotel. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 11: In Khajuraho
After breakfast visit Western and Eastern Group of Temples with Raneh Fall & Ghariyal Centuary. Evening Sound and Light Show. Overnight in Khajuraho. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 12: Khajuraho – Gwalior (By Road) Duration 04 hrs. approx.
After breakfast transfer to Gwalior enroute visit Orchha. Arrive Gwalior and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Gwalior. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 13: Gwalior – Home (By Train / By Flight)
After breakfast visit Gwalior Fort and local market and later transfer to Gwalior railway station / airport for back home.

Necessary Requirements: -

Good quality Bag / Sack, Good quality Floaters/Sleepers, Socks, Water bottle, Torch with extra Cells, Original Id Proof, Personal Medicines.

Things you may need in the morning: -Hair Oil, Skin Cream, Lip guard, Comb, Sun cream Lotion, Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, Tissue paper, Paper Soap, Towel, Napkin.

Clothing: -Comfortable Clothing while journey – 3 Sets & Shawl.

Optional Carries: - Extra Carry bags, Camera with Batteries, Mobile & Mobile Charger, Sufficient Money, if any.

This is just a reminder list of what to Bring. You can bring other things as per your Requirements.
During the camps or treks, the participants shall abide by the instructions and decisions of the Camp Director or authorized representative of Mountain Hikers.

In the event that the participant(s) disobey the directions / instructions of the Camp Director or authorized representative of Mountain Hikers, the participant/s shall be solely liable for the risks, responsibilities and consequence.

In case of any medical problems, ailments, disorders etc. or symptoms of the same, arising during the camp or trek, the participant(s) shall inform the organizers about the same, at the earliest.
In case of any medical ailments, disorders etc. which the participants are suffering or have suffered from, it is his/her responsibility to inform the organizers in advance, before commencement of the camp or trek.

If required, the participant/s will have to take medical treatment from the doctor/attendant available on the campsite or from the nearest available medical Centre or hospital. The expenses for all medical treatment and arrangements for the same will be solely bear by the participant.

The Camp Director or the authorized representative of Mountain Hikers shall have complete discretion to continue the camp without the participant/s suffering from medical problem.

Consumption of liquor, cigarette, tobacco products, etc. is strictly prohibited during the camp or trek. The trek will be considered over only when we are back to home town.

Each participant shall protect the flora and fauna of the place being visited and not throw plastic, wrappers etc. on the trek.

In case of any injury, sickness, accident, legal heirs or successors, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; Mountain Hikers, its instructors, organizers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.

If the participants have enrolled for the activities like wildlife camping, river rafting, rappelling, rock climbing, valley crossing, river crossing or any other adventure sports/activity, then all the risks and responsibilities related to and arising from such activities shall be solely upon such participants and Mountain Hikers shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.

Participant will submit a physical fitness certificate from MBBS doctor before proceeding for the trek

Mountain Hikers Reserves all rights of admission for any programmes announced.

Booking for all events will be done on first come first served basis.

If issued equipments Damages/misplace/if any, by participants, the concern participant /person/s, Organization/Institute/Company/ any other will responsible to pay the equipment cost to Mountain Hikers.

Cancellation Policy

The participant will have to pay prescribed booking/ advance amount along with the registration form. If the balance payment is not made within 45 days before date of event, the registration will get cancelled & Mountain Hikers will not be responsible to refund the amount.

50% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days and less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the event.

25% refund if cancellation is made more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior to the departure date of the event.

NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to the departure date of the event.

Cancellation charges are calculated of the Total Amount payable and not of advance amount.

Any cancellation request by participant/s should be made in proper format at Mountain Hikers office. The refund (if any) will be given within 15 days after the event is over, irrespective of cancellation date on the cancellation request form.

In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.) of Mountain Hikers, no refund shall be payable.

It is assumed that you have accepted & agreed all the terms and conditions and undertakings, when you enroll for an event.

No Refund for ONE DAY trek / Tour OR any type of ONE DAY event.
