Addy bhai from Mountain Hikers is amazing. You can easily see the passion for his work. You would certainly enjoy the details described by him regarding the village and other local cultures. Read More that they are the best company to go with while booking for KGL trek. All the members of the ground team were very good including Guide, Horseman & Kitchen staff. Pankaj ji (our guide) was very experienced guy & helped us throughout our journey. He also possesses medical knowledge which was useful to us while treating minor injuries. He continuously motivates us to complete our trek. The horseman & kitchen staff was also good, we had been getting a full protein rich food during our 7 days trek. They served us good quality & delicious food with sweet included in our meal every day. After our trek we have been served soup & snacks as well which was needed after a good hike. For Horsemen, those guys are very competitive & always chose best campsite location for us to stay as it is a first come first service for all the companies to put their campsite so all depends upon how fast their horsemen are to transfer the good from one site to another. There has been a myth & second thoughts on everyone’s mind before going to Kashmir, just wanted to clear this air.. everything is safe in this trek, there is no terror & people are very welcoming so do visit. Overall it was a great trek, the views are breathtaking & can only be seen in KGL. This trek requires patience & strong will so be prepared before booking.
