Know Before You Go 

  • If, for any reason, the participant does take the trip due to any reason of their own choice, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the participant participates in any activity during the trip for any reason of their own choice, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case if we have operational constraints due to weather or other miscellaneous reasons which out of control on the spot the trip got modified/aborted , then the incremental costs arising due to these out of control changes will not go in package cost adjustments.
  • Provide an environmental experience to our visitors – We are very conscious not to cheat nature’s balance on this trek. Any kind of wastage of water or littering will be discouraged. Do not use plastic bags wherever possible.
  • Either bring dry, packed snacks or buy snacks to bring along on the trip instead of wasting money on shops as they can be expensive. Just a way of keeping the cost of the trip down.
  • Be culturally sensitive and law abiding. For example, dress modestly when entering holy places and smoking only where permitted.
  • Any damage done to the hotel’s property or otherwise will not be covered under the pack and will be charged at actuals.
  • Make sure you always have ID on you.
  • Although the trek leader and our team will be responsible to keep us within the given time rate, the weather at the exact time may delay us which is better to prepare ourselves to an additional day beforehand.
  • There is no phone towers, so you may not be able to communicate on the trek. It is recommended to let the family and friends know about the itinerary before you trek.
  • You are also suggested to carry additional cloths on trek as the route travels through Parvati Kund where you got a chance to take dip in the Kund which definitely requires a fresh set of dry cloths.
  • The higher the altitude, the more spread out the temperature is and it can be hard to manage, so I think it is best to be prepared in the first place.
  • There will be basic medication and emergency kits on trek, but it is wise to carry your own.
  • If you need any medication, make sure you carry it and tell the trek leader as well as co-trekker how to proceed in case of a medical emergency.
  • The trek will be conducted as per state govt. Guidelines. Listen to the state govt. Guidelines and follow the same. If contrary to the instructions, strict action will be taken & would be asked to discontinue the trek.
  • Earphones are not permitted on the Trek, as they will adversely affect your hearing; also required for anyone needing any other electronics, which can only be powered at limited areas such as the campsites.
  • The activity is designed to be in contact with the natural surroundings and no luxury of the modern world is allowed to be present. The participants are suggested to be appropriately prepared to live a by now more natural lifestyle.
  • Participants who are uncomfortable during the activity can go back to the base camp, but they need to fulfill all the cost for returning back to the camp. Furthermore, refund issue will confront the rest of the activity that the participant do not participate in.
  • The guide holds the right to send a participant back to the camp if :
    • They were found smoking, drinking, or breaking any other rule of the trek.
    • The participant is not fit to continue further due to health issues.
    • Their turnaround time is not ideal.
